ORDERS

How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your item and size, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at hello@lacethorn.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.

How will I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.


SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days. Express options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return my order?
Yes. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Lingerie and hosiery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@lacethorn.com with your order number and reason for return.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

How do I know my size?
Refer to the size guide on each product page for accurate measurements.

Are your products true to size?
We recommend checking the size guide as sizing can vary between styles.

How do I care for my items?
Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying and ironing directly on lace or mesh.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-DSS compliant checkout.
