LACETHORN — REFUND POLICY

We want you to love everything you order from Lacethorn. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In its original packaging

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

  • Stockings and hosiery
  • Bodysuits
  • Any item marked Final Sale

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at hello@lacethorn.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Your reason for return

We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return your item for a refund and place a new order.


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged, faulty, or wrong item please contact us at hello@lacethorn.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank as processing times vary. If you still have an issue contact us at hello@lacethorn.com and we will investigate.
